Disease of gout or gout is a condition that can cause the symptoms of pain are not bearable, swelling, and a sense of heat in the joints. Usually pain will be accompanied by swelling, a sensation of heat, and the appearance of redness on the skin lining the joint. When the symptoms subside and the swelling deflates, the skin around the affected joint will look scaly, peeled, and itchy. but this condition must not be ignored. Because Uric Acid disease is feared by many people, treatment must be carried out, among others, to prevent the risk of relapse by increasing the severity of symptoms, the risk of spreading to other joints, and the risk of permanent damage to the joints. 

Causes of Gout

There are several factors that can trigger elevated levels of uric acid in the blood, one of which is: the high purine foods we consume. Examples - these foods are:

• animal innards (kidneys, liver, heart),

• seafood (shellfish, crab, anchovy, mackerel),

• and red meat (cattle, goats, buffalo).

• Lack of vitamin

• CRarely or never have a price

• Alcoholic drinks

• Late shower

In addition to food, we can also run the risk of having a buildup of veins in the blood if we consume sugary drinks (both artificial and natural sugar) and excessive alcoholic beverages. That is a glimpse of many feared Uric Acid disease.
