• We must eat breakfast at the right time and in large quantities and have a light dinner usually 2-3 hours before going to bed.

• We must sleep well and enough.

• We should have regular physical and health checks at least once a year and make sure everything is normal.

• We should not starve ourselves for long.

• We should eat heart-friendly foods such as green vegetables, fruits and avoid fast and canned food.

• We must do physical exercise keeping in mind the body structure and age.

• We should practice yoga and meditation daily for a peaceful life.

• We should try to solve all our problems without getting fed up.
